It is important to the duty of care to have a diverse range of staff working at each event inclusive of Doctors, Nurses, Social Workers, Youth Workers, Paramedics, Coast Guard, and Duty Managers.

Our Intox Managers are the first line of defence at the front gate of your festival or event. They are trained to spot Intox within patrons and will process them from the line into an External Crowd Care area.
Front Gate Crowd Care is where those patrons deemed to be influenced in the queue to the venue or event are processed through to be looked after by our team of Crowd Care Professionals.
For events that are spread out over a large area, our internal crowd care can be set up to support patron care across the site while also providing a front gate crowd care solution.

Our Intox Managers are able to be deployed at the front of bar queues to assist security and duty managers in assessing patrons' intox levels. If needed these Intox Managers can escort patrons to either internal or external Crowd Care.
